Bexley's Assisted Transport service provides specialist transport through a variety of options for eligible adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues and physical disabilities. The council's funding is reducing significantly and it is reviewing every aspect of its work and spending. The Council is looking to re-model the way transport services for adults are shaped and delivered in such a way as to deliver a cost-effective service and the best outcomes for residents. The Council would like your feedback on their plans which are available on their website here, including an Easy Read version.
